Dr. Oscar W. Ness
Oscar was an optometrist in Lindstrom for many years. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He also served on the school board in Virginia and was instrumental in starting the hockey program there.
He is survived by loving wife, Mildred; sons: Randolph and Montgomery (Sandy); brother, Floyd (Joyce); sister, Gudrun; stepdaughters: Sharon (Lyle), Maryann (Hans) and Dedra (Jim); daughter-in-law, Joan; many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, nine brothers and sisters and stepson, David.
Private family services and burial will be held at a later date.
