Perry L. Jensen, age 43, born in Shelby, Michigan, and moved to Lindstrom, Minn., at the age of 2 years old. He attended Chisago Lakes School and graduated in 1982. He moved to Des Moines, Iowa, in 1984 and joined the U.S. Army in 1989 but was honorably discharged due to medical the same year. He moved back to Des Moines where he worked for Freeman Company and lived until present.

He is survived by father and mother, Bernie and Kathlene Jensen, of Lindstrom, Minn.; sister, Peggy Jensen, of Des Moines, Iowa; brothers: Paul (Lisa) Jensen, of St. Croix Falls, Wis., and James (Meg) Jensen, of Forest Lake, Minn.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and also many friends in Iowa.

Private family service was held in Des Moines, Iowa, Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007. Memorial service will be held later.
