Mrs. Swanberg's first grade class at Taylors Falls Elementary shared what they are thankful for and why, and their recipe for Thanksgiving dinner:

Getting a pencil three times, because I did something, but I don't have a clue what I did. Paul

Recipes:
Stufen - water, bread crumbs, spices. Mix. Cook in turkey. Brooke
Mashed Potatoes - Get them from a box. Smash them when done. Mady
Turkey - Put turkey in a pan. Squirt stuff on it. Put in oven. Cook a little bit. Grace
Mash potatoes and gravy - put potatoes in the water. Cook it and dump the water. Put the potatoes in the masher. Get out the gravy. Taylor
Turkey - the dad cooks it on the grill. Lexie
Turkey - I put seasoning on my turkey, I cook it in the oven at 375 for 3 hours. Manuel
Turkey - cut open the turkey, put in stuffing, rub with butter, cover with foil, cook for hours. Indiana
Squash - put it in a bowl, mix it up, put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Jacob
Stuffen - crumbs, water, butter, and spices. Mix and put in oven, cook. Anna
Stuffing - I make it with Mom. You poke it. Eat when all done. Samantha
