Week of March 24 - Chisago Lakes Indoor

Whitney Tinjum

It was hard to tell this was Whitney's first ever varsity track and field meet at the University of Minnesota's Field House March 28. She had an outstanding day with a pair of second place finishes. She finished second in the high jump and the 400 meter run. Oh, did I say she is only an eighth grader.

Brad Reineccius

The junior also had an outstanding day at the U. Brad is very competitive in the field events and has good speed. He finished first in the high jump, third in the pole vault and was also a member of the 800M relay.

Week of April 7 - Spring Lake Park Triangular

Brenna Coyle

The senior thrower is off to a great start once again. In two meets she has earned three firsts. She finished first last week in the shot put and the discus. Brenna was all-conference in both events and is working hard to repeat that feat.

Craig Close

The Junior had an outstanding first career meet for the Wildcats. Craig is very athletic and competitive. He finished second in the 200 M dash and third in the triple jump. It will be exciting to see what he can do when he gets some experience.
