Karen Evelyn Anderson, age 72 of Forest Lake, formerly of Center City, and her childhood home, Maiden Rock, Wisconsin.

Passed away November 28, 2008 after a lengthy illness, at Birchwood Health Care Center, where she was cared for and resided for the past 12 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and more recently, her sister Janet Watland.

She is survived by her children, Richard (Rachel), Colin (Norma), Gavin, Josy (Mark), Jeannie (Dan), Harlan; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marian (Ken) Peterson, Barbara (Jay) Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service was Tuesday, Dec. 2, at First United Methodist Church, 3rd Ave & Irene, Lindstrom. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery.
