Eleen Beverly Schwan, age 76, of Wyoming, Minn., beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home Friday, January 11, 2008.

Longtime employee of Hazelden in Center City.

Survived by children: Len (Ingrid) Schwan, Mary (John) Peterson; grandchildren: Nicole (T.J.), Leah (Dave), Dana, Shauna, Stacey and Morgan; sister Leona (John) Lane; many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, January 17, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N. Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation from 4 p.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family to be designated to Hazelden at a later date.
