The Wildcat skiers competed in a third consecutive conference meet at Trollhaugen Tuesday, January 15. Same hill, same result! The boys' and girls teams continued to dominate the Northwest Suburban Conference as the boys beat second place Centennial by 129 points (685-556) and the girls outskied Coon Rapids 706-511.

"At the beginning of the year, I said that, for the team to be successful, the underclassman needed to improve," said Wildcat head coach Dan Raedeke. "Their hard work has been paying off this year and it showed last night."

Sophomore Steve Wagner, junior Phillip Bottjen and sophomore Mark Sandgren were third, fourth and fifth individually. Juniors Simone Raedeke and Katy Garbe and freshman Amanda Angel swept the top three spots in the girls' race.
