Sill, a three-year letter winner returns as Luther's top diver. During the 2007 Iowa Conference Championships, he was named Conference Diver of the Year, following his first place performance in three-meter competition, plus a runner-up finish in one-meter diving.
Lance Huber begins his eighth year as Norse head swimming coach. Last year, he led the Norse to a dual meet record of 7-1, a fourth consecutive Liberal Arts Championship and a 30th place finish at the Division III National Championships. He has been named Iowa Conference Coach of the year for the past four years.
Sill is the son of Douglas and Sharon Sill of Chisago City, Minn.

Luther College is a four-year liberal arts college affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and is located in Decorah, Iowa. The Norse compete in 10 men's and nine women's intercollegiate sports.
As a member of the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) since 1922, the men have won 144 conference championships. In 1982 the IIAC expanded its championship sponsorship to include women's sports. During this time span, the women have won 56 team titles. Combined, Luther is the first school in the Iowa Conference to capture 200 league titles.
