The CLHS Knowledge Bowl team finished their season with a bang at the St. Anthony Un-Tournament, bringing home a special category award. The team of Amelia Birkholz, Donyal Eret, and Charlie Wilcox (Amelia and Charlie pictured) won the Excellence in the Arts trophy for answering the most questions in the Arts category. They also tied for first place in the Government and Law category.

Two teams participated in the sub-sectional tournament in Sartell last week. The section is broken down into small, medium, and large schools for this meet, and CLHS competes with the largest schools. Teams in this group regularly do well at state, so competition is fierce. Both teams did well against such tough opponents, but did not advance to the sectional meet.

This brings the season to a close, but due to a young team and even more great talent coming up from the middle school next year, look for a promising season in 09-10!
