"Determined, motivated, focused, these three words describe Dan Maher," comments Dan's Learning Manager Kelly Vilson. "Over the last two terms, Dan has found a new sense of purpose in education. We worked together on setting goals at conferences, and I've seen Dan make progress toward those goals every day. Dan brings an energetic and fun atmosphere to lab; it has been a pleasure having him at Wolf Creek again this year. We look forward to his continued success."
Lauren Poindexter is a junior who will be very close to graduating by the end of this school year. She attends lab consistently and communicates with her Learning Manager regularly.
"Lauren is motivated to either graduate early or enroll in Post Secondary Education Option to get a jump on her college education in the field of law enforcement or criminal justice," explains Lauren's Learning Manager Peggy Reese. "Her superb time management skills and high level of determination are apparent and make Lauren an excellent example of a Wolf Creek student! We are proud to have Lauren at Wolf Creek."
Wolf Creek Online High School has Continuous Learning Year status from the Minnesota Department of Education, therefore students are able to complete course work throughout the year.
