Shirley Mae Olson, age 82 of Maplewood. Loving Aunt, Shirley died May 13 following a courageous battle with cancer. Preceeded in death by husband Robert Olson and their beloved dogs Toby and Sammy, and sister Burnell Johnson of Chisago City.

Survivors include her twin brother Sherman Omath and older brother Arnold Omath. Aunt Shirley is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including Dennis and Mary Kay Johnson of Madison, Wi, Terry and Sue Johnson, and Barbara and Rick LaValle. She made all of our lives brighter with her funny stories and generous spirit.

Memorial service at Bradshaw Funeral Home, Hwy. 96, White Bear Lake, Thursday, May 21 at noon. Gathering of friends and family 1-hour prior. Luncheon to follow. Memorials preferred to Northwoods Humane Society or Hospice. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
