He is preceded in death by son Keith. Billy is survived by wife Elizabeth; children Mark (Debbie), Curtis (Robin), Vickie (James) Duchaine, and William Jr., 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and baby on the way; brother Donald (Sharon), and many nieces and nephews. Billy loved to hunt, fish, and camp and he loved his family and friends.
A gathering will be held from 4-9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, at the VFW, 556 SW 12th St., Forest Lake, MN.
