The Chisago Lakes boys basketball team handed out their awards in early April this year, and there was plenty of accolades to go around, despite a tough season for the Wildcats.

The two most prolific award winners for the 'Cats were junior Benj Figini and senior Bryan Eichten. Figini earned All-North Suburban Conference for his effort on the year, as well as Mr. Field %, Mr. Academic, Mr. Free Throw and the Chairman of the Boards award.

Eichten was All-Conference Honorable Mention as well as Academic All-Conference and Mr. Free Throw.

Jordan Hickcox was voted the team's best playmaker, Jesse Patterson was voted Mr. Hustle, Joe Fernstrom earned Most Improved, Eli Trochman earned Rookie of the Year, Kyle Duncan earned the Big Cat award and Per Gulbranson won the Gym Rat award.
