NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF CENTER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Planning Commission of the City of Center City will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on Monday, June 20, 2011, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 335 Burns Avenue, Center City, Minnesota, and beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter possible. The Public Hearing pertains to property currently designated Highway Commercial on the Future Land Use map in the City of Center City Comprehensive Plan and located along the north side of State Highway 8 within the County Seat Business Park and west of the County seat Business Park as shown on the map as follows:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and consideration on the Planning Commission's review to re-designate the property Highway Commercial/Light Industrial from the current designation of Highway Commercial as shown on the Future Land Use map.

Persons wishing to speak on this issue are invited to attend and be heard at this scheduled public hearing. Formal written comments will also be accepted prior to the meeting dates.
