Daniel E.  Selix

Daniel E. Selix, of Stacy, died suddenly at his home, Saturday November 10 at the age of 55. Dan was born February 12, 1957 in Minneapolis to Harold and Grace Selix. Dan has worked for Chisago Lakes Sanitation since October of 1999. He loved his job and loved visiting with all the customers. He was employed there at the time of his death. He also operated Dan’s Recycling in the Chisago Lakes area. Dan was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Grace, also four infant grandchildren. He is survived by wife Sharon, eight children. Dan Jr. of St. Francis; Kandice (Mike) Strelow of Stacy; Tanja (Roy) Johnson of Stacy; Tina (Scott) Wieczorek of Hinckley; Tia Selix of Duluth; Gary Selix of Duluth, Dustyn and Phillip Selix still at home and grandchildren Dennis and Kenny Paz, Katie Selix, Tyler Strelow, Domonic Larson, Shantell Selix, Jordon Folk, Gracie Wieczorek; brothers Harold (Debbie), David (Diane), Larry, Gary, Tim (Carla) and sisters Nancy Selix, Carolyn (Barry) Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews.
