Virginia G. Lichtscheidl

Virginia G. Lichtscheidl, age 81 of Taylors Falls died November 24, 2012. Virginia was born on August 2, 1931 in Bemidji, Minnesota to parents Clarence and Gertrude Lease. She graduated from Mechanic Arts High School in 1949 and married John J. Lichtscheidl on July 12, 1952. She enjoyed traveling with John, bowling, knitting and her Bunco Group. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband John J. Sr. and her sister Patricia Arcand. She is survived by her children Mark (Karen), Mike (Karen), John Jr. (Faith), Kathleen (Scott) Walberg, and Sandra (Matt) Schmidt; 13 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and brother Donald (Eleanor) Lease. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom and one hour prior to mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Church of St. Joseph in Taylors Falls. Interment at Kahbakong Cemetery. Condolences may be left online at www.grand strandfh.com.
