Burglary reported at Stacy Wine & Spirits April 3. Front door glass had been smashed to gain entry. No details on what was stolen.

Two reports of identity/credit theft. One related to a wallet that was reportedly stolen from Hazelden and one reported by a man arrested in January for possession of a stolen U Haul unit. His personal gear was inadvertantly released when the owner of the U Haul claimed the property.

April 5 deputies detained a suspect at a gas station on Hwy. 8, in St Croix Falls, after an unsuccessful traffic stop was initiated on the Minnesota side of the interstate bridge. The suspect was alleged to have not paid his bill at the Big Game Bar in Shafer. The suspect was cited for misdemeanor theft.

April 7 a forced entry reported at a residential garage in Amador Township. Gas cans and portable heaters were reported missing.

April 8 a residential burglary at an address on Rush Point Drive in Nessel Township reported. Entry through a window, no details of missing items made available.
