Hello Dolly! at Chisago Lakes Baptist School

Broadway classic Hello Dolly! will be brought to life by the talented cast of Chisago Lakes Baptist School May 2-4 at 7 p.m. As the classic musical comedy goes, flamboyant matchmaker Dolly Levi, performed by Victoria Bennett, arrives in New York City to arrange a marriage for wealthy Horace Vandergelder, performed by Justin Keck. Dolly herself ends up falling for Vandergelder, and must find a way to woo him over. The performance includes popular toe tapping numbers written by Jerry Herman like “Elegance” and “Call on Dolly”, which capture a humor that will not soon fade from memory.

This performance is directed by Mrs. Chris Young, and is sure to be a fun time for the whole family. Purchase tickets by calling (651) 257-4587 ext. 25. General admission tickets price at $8 a ticket and reserved seating at $10 a ticket. Thursday night is family night, and Friday and Saturday night includes free deserts at intermission.
