Mavis J. Carlson

Mavis J. Carlson Mavis J. Carlson was born in Eureka Center, Wisconsin to parents William and Josephine Hart. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, animals, cooking and baking. She was very loving, was willing to help, and made many sacrifices for her family. Mavis is preceded in death by her parents, step-father Pete Erickson, and step-brother Glen.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Harlan; children Fonda Sellman, Joy (Bob) Erickson, Connie Carlson, and Daryl (Lynnette) Carlson; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and step-sister Delores Laughlin. Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Taylors Falls, Minnesota with visitation one hour prior to the service at church.
