CL and NB reconvene hockey tilts

Trevor Lushanko and Brandon Gillespie each had hat tricks as the Wildcats beat the Vikings 10-0 at Chisago Lakes Arena on Saturday, December 7. The Wildcats scored three times in the first period and seven times in the second period. They outshot the Vikings 54-2 for the game, with busy Viking goalie Tyler Byrkit playing well and stopping 44 shots. Gillespie led the Wildcats with five points, tallying two assists to go along with his three goals. Lushanko had four points, adding one assist to his hat trick. Playmaker Brett Lizotte had three assists. Ryan Chambers had a goal and two assists. Landon Lushanko and Billy Knaak each had a goal and an assist. Zach Williamson scored a goal, and Joe Kimlinger and Trevor Bluhm each chipped in with an assist.
