Jennifer Lynn Ehnstrom

Jennifer Lynn Ehnstrom, Sept. 26, 1991 to Dec. 19, 2012. Jennifer was taken from her family way too soon. She was just starting to enjoy her life. She was planning on starting a new semester in college; she wanted to be a paralegal. She loved her job at Holiday Station in Forest Lake. She loved working with all her coworkers, especially her friend, Jake. She loved to sing karaoke whenever she had a chance. Her favorite song was Crazy by Patsy Cline. She is preceded in death by her uncle, Bernie Goebel; cousin, Bernie Jr.; adopted uncle, Fred Larson; cousin, Josh Berg. She is survived by her parents, Jeff and Roxanne Ehnstrom; brother, Mark; grandparents, Nicholas and Laura Mendez; special uncle, Nick; special aunt, Neta; many more uncles, Larry and Ray; aunt, June; cousins and friends; her beloved pets, Duke, Tila and Baby. She will be missed and loved by all. A Celebration of Her Life was Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
