Mary L. Laub

Mary L. Laub (Miller) beloved wife, mother, grandma, great grandma sister and sister in law, age 79 peacefully went home to her eternal rest surrounded by her family May 31, 2013.

Mary was born in St. Paul on December 27, 1933 to Luella Miller (Pedro) and raised with seven brothers and two sisters. Mary married John R. Laub in St. Paul May 16,1953 and remained in St. Paul were they raised their three children . Mary and John spent the summers in Lindstrom MN. Mary and John moved to Lindstrom, from St Paul, in 1980. She loved the lakes and spending time with her family and friends. She was a very gracious person, and witty. Anyone who met Mary loved her charm. She loved football and fishing and time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She will be sorely missed by her children John (Patty) Laub, Renata (Jack) Swanson, Denise (Paul) Atkinson and 14 grand children; 28 great grand children, daughter-in-law Patti Cotlow; many dear sisters-in-law; brothers Robert(Vi), Arthur (Punky) and Kenny (Donna) Miller; brothers-in-law Daryl Laub, Tom Johnson and her many nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband John R. Laub; mother Luella Miller (Pedro) her sisters Dolores Schwartz, Betty Johnson; her brothers Harry, Billy, Donald, Charles Miller A very special thank you to all the health care workers who helped her in these past few years, she so appreciated all you did.

Memorial Services were Tuesday, June 4 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lindstrom, Minnesota. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Condolences may be left online at www.grandstrandfh.com
