April 25 authorities were sent to a crash scene at Hwy. 95 and County Road 9 about 12:20 p.m. An SUV and semi trailer truck collided. A driver, 70 year old Mark Hagstrom, of Circle Pines, was air lifted from the scene. State patrol reported Hagstrom failed to stop at the sign while heading north on Cty. Road 9. His Cadillac Escalade was hit in the side by the Kenworth semi truck, carrying Samuel Chase, 55, of Ramsey. Chase sustained minor injuries.

April 28 a burglary was reported in Rush City on West First Street. No details on what was missing. Vehicle theft reported April 28 in Sunrise on Holman Ave. April 26 a theft from a vehicle in Franconia.
