Woody Erickson

Woody Erickson, 75, of Arizona, formerly of Stacy, MN, passed away February 7, 2014. Born to Joseph and Irene (Lind) Erickson in Minneapolis. He proudly and honorably served in the US Navy as an Interior Communicationman on USS Sea Poacher SS 406 from 1958 to 1961. Woody enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family. He was employed as a Master Electrician at Pillsbury and 3M.

He is survived by his wife; Marge; step-son, John Miller of Idaho; step-son, Jim (Laurie) Miller of Wyoming; step-daughter, Martha (Mike) Zentner of North Branch; six grandchildren - Jackie, Brock, Ashley, Ryan, Mallory and Madison; one great granddaughter, Emily. A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion in Forest Lake Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 1-3 pm.
