Shoplifters at the Nike store in North Branch were apprehended after fleeing southbound on I-35 Sunday, June 22. North Branch, Wyoming and state patrol aided in the arrest near Wyoming, about 5:40 p.m. The suspects, all with Minneapolis addresses, were booked and one female was also held on an oustanding felony warrant. The sports store merchandise recovered was valued in excess of $2,000. June 22 an alleged assault with a vehicle reported about 9 p.m. at Afton Avenue in Fish Lake Twsp. Juvenile female driver suspect arrested for second degree assault. June 21 a man hiking with his family slipped and fell about 30 feet at Interstate Park, Taylors Falls, reported about 2 p.m. Lakes Area transported the victim. Car windows were shot out of a parked car in Fish Lake Township, reported June 18. Residential burglary reported at a home in Lent Township on Frontier Ave.
