The Department of Corrections had requested the news media’s cooperation in locating a sex offender who was released from the Rush City Correctional Facility in May and had allegedly violated terms of his probation.  As a Level 3 sex offender he was ordered to follow certain conditions of probation.

Howard Wanna was found early this week at a residence in Pine County and the DOC is no longer issuing an alert for his whereabouts.
