Joseph K. Julik of Taylors Falls died accidently on Monday, September 29th at the age of 57.

Joe was born on July 29, 1957 to Mitch and Kathryn Julik.  He graduated from Taylors Falls High School in 1975 and from the College of St. Thomas in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree.  In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, hang gliding, rock climbing, camping, astronomy, outdoor activities in general and wood working.

Joe was preceded in death by his father Mitch and sister Mary. Survived by son Ben of Taylors Falls, daughter Alison (Joe) Vruno of Forest Lake, grandsons C.J and     Drew Vruno, mother Kathryn Julik of Taylors Falls, sisters Deborah (Larry) Julik-Heine of Taylors Falls, Diane (Terry) Peer of Dresser, brothers Douglas (Pye) Julik of Taylors Falls, Daniel (Cheryl) Julik of Chisago City, Steven (Nancy) Julik of Taylors Falls, life partner Shannon Plank of Almelund, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

A Memorial Gathering was held Sunday October 5 at  Grandstrand Funeral Home in Osceola, WI.  www.grandstrandfh.com
