The Celebration of the Lakes took over the local lakes over the weekend. The celebration was filled with fun, snowmobiles, games, and smiles. Kids packed the fishing clinic and headed to the ice afterwards. Hundreds came out to watch the snowmobile radar runs. The NAIFC pros met the public Friday night at Meredee’s Bistro and The Northern Bar and Grill. People took part in games such as ice putt-putt golf, snow golf, ice skating, and the ever popular Smoosh race. Over 40 teams took part in the NAIFC fishing tournament.
