Timothy “Timba” Hobson, age 45, of Lindstrom, formerly of Linwood Twp., passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on January 22, 2015.  Tim was born June 23, 1969 in St. Paul.  In 1987 he graduated from Forest Lake High School and went on to Century College.  After receiving his degree, he went on to work at several financial institutions and was currently a loan processor for Endura Financial.  Tim, a big kid himself, was amazing with children.  Every year he would play Santa for daycare children and those in his family.  He had a huge heart, giving all he could to help others and was a strong supporter of angelman.org.  

Tim will be dearly missed by his parents, Richard and Monika; brothers, Robert (Brenda), Ronald, and Daniel; nieces and nephews, Michael, Ashley, Lindsey, Christian, Maren, Aidan, Connor; great nephew, Sawyer; extended family and many close friends.
 
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Marcella Hobson, Willi and Irmgard Staerk.

Funeral Service was 3 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  Visitation was at the funeral home.  Memorials in Tim’s name are preferred to angelman.org.
