A hearing was held today (March 9) to determine if allegations against Thomas Stanton are substantiated, according to Sarah Latuseck of the Dept of Corrections. The hearing is required within 12 business days of the offender’s being taken into custody. Officials ruled Stanton violated terms of his release which included; having access to an Internet capable device and failing to inform his agent of his activities.
Stanton is now serving 365 days at the Rush City Correctional Facility, Latuseck stated.
