Lakes Area officers also brought two dogs to the Northwoods Humane Society as strays in Chisago City...one is a brown and white Bulldog and one is a male chocolate Lab.
September 18 a tree issue caused a power outage briefly as tree branches in the vicinity of 12015 Chisago Blvd. broke off and tangled with lines. Xcel responded to the report brought to the dispatcher’s attention about 4 p.m.
September 16 sheriff personnel executed a search warrant at an address on Mulberry Street in Taylors Falls in cooperation with Polk County Sheriff investigators. There was allegedly stolen property seized, according to Sgt. Wessel, and two men were taken into custody.
Damages to crop fields reported September 14 and 15, one site was damaged as part of a vehicle pursuit out of Isanti County that resulted in tires chewing up a field on Galaxy Avenue in Harris and the other was in Sunrise Township, and appeared to be ATV tire tread.
