Allen Dale Bune was born March 5, 1922 in Gilman Township, Spring Valley, Wisconsin to George and Hazel (Foss) Bune. He passed away on August 13, 2016 at the age 94.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Odell; his parents; brothers Howard, Forrest, Bill, and sister Doris Alton; sisters-in law Helen and Sandy Bune; brother-in-law Garland Alton and niece Beverly. He is survived by his brother Larry and sister-in-law Beverly Bune; many nieces and nephews; and special friends Clyde and Kay Van Oort and Sally Schultz.

Mass of Christian Burial 2 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom.  Visitation one hour prior to mass, at church.  Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Lindstrom.  In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to donor’s choice.  Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.   Condolences may be expressed online at www.grandstrandfh.com
