He was born May 21, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents Myron and Elizabeth (Emre) Kowalski.
Bud is survived by wife Joni (Ott); son Kristofer (Michelle Rasmusson) Kowalski; daughter Keri (Charles Brunschon) Kowalski-Brunschon; grandchildren Codey Mehsikomer-Kowalksi, Karter and Kade Kowalski, Shey Stepp, Joanna Kowalski and Tristan, Dillon and Jasmine Brunschon.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be Tuesday, December 6 at 11 a.m. at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 1979 Old Hudson Road, St. Paul.
