December 11 a vehicle struck a power pole at Lofton and Chisago Boulevard and the vehicle sustained heavy damage. Accident reported about 2 a.m. Driver had left car and deputy made contact with the driver at a house nearby. Driver declined to be transported for medical care, was cited for failure to drive with due caution and for no insurance.
December 10
Rush City firefighters were sent to a woodstove fire over the county line, reported about 10 a.m. Minor damage to a garage wall only.
December 9
Titan Lansing frack sand trans-load facility in North Branch, reported a small fire on site about 3 p.m. Dispatch shows crews clearing in about a half-hour.
Two males were being disruptive at the Muni in Lindstrom reported about 11 p.m. Suspects left willingly when officers arrived.
MainStreet Church in North Branch reported a forced entry and possible burglary.
Lakes Area Police officers were called when over a dozen teens were noticed with Nerf guns at or near Lacy and 284th in Chisago City. The authorities advised the group to stay off private property and the roadways.
