March 6 activity was reported at a Knife River company gravel pit outside of Harris and deputies came upon a party. Underage consumption tickets were issued. The incident was entered in the call log about 1:20 a.m.

Lakes Area officer gave a warning for illegal burning at an address on First Avenue North in Lindstrom. It is not permissable to burn household garbage.

March 5 Lakes Area Police arrested a man and woman, both 35 years old, when their car was stopped for equipment fix and speeding and use of marijuana was detected. A quantity of methamphetamine was allegedly found, along with recovery of what could be an explosive device.

March 3 a debit card purchase was declined, and card owner was notified that the purchase was attempted from a card believed to have been stolen from a mailbox in Amador Township earlier.

A student at Lakeside Elementary School was dealt with by law enforcement after becoming disruptive when confronted with stealing a watch.

Lakes Area Police were sent to the High School in Lindstrom when a student was acting impaired and when tested indications were that student was under the influence. Student was cited and released to a parent about 10:30 a.m.
