A little rain couldn’t keep the children from attending the annual Falloween Festival. The festival is held at Ojiketa Regional Park in Chisago City and featured tons of activities for kids to enjoy. Right: A scary yard along Green Lake Avenue was decorated to the nines. Far right: The headless horseman made its way down Olinda Trail to the Lakes Free Church with his horse.
