The Relay for Life was held October 8 and with the change in date to later in the fall-- kids attended in their Halloween costumes.

Also supporters were on hand for the Relay ceremonies honoring surviviors;  and in particular this year’s Honorary Guests Diane Rollins of North Branch and Carter Olson, who is dealing with a juvenile cancer.

The Almelund Threshing Show grounds make a nice spot for a Relay for Life and has a circular track used by the tractor parade that doubles for the luminaries to be lined up alongside. More photos page 11.
