Jon Michael Hughes was arraigned on third degree and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Hughes allegedly had a relationship with a minor-aged student attending Rush City High School. The complaintant did not officially come forward to local law enforcement until 2014.
Hughes was booked and released.
Chisago County sheriff’s investigators are trying to picece together evidence and recollections related to the charges that stem from incidents alleged to have happened many years ago.
