Thomas L Chouinard Sr. was born March 11, 1939 and passed away on February 14, 2017 surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by parents Peter and Lucille Chouinard, and brother Kenith Chouinard.  

Tom is survived by his wife Joyce Chouinard; children, Thomas L Chouinard Jr (Suzie), Terri (Bill) Hoffman, Sherri (Randy) Davis, Timothy (Alysia) Chouinard, Julie Haben and John (Alissa) Edstrom; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; siblings, Nancie (Sam) Gerrety, Peter (Linda) Chouinard, Mike Chouinard, Donald (Linda) Chouinard and Marie Chouinard; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service 11 a.m. Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom with visitation from 9-11 am Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed online at www. grandstrandfh.com.
