Pearl A. Carlson-Hartzi of Chisago City, Minnesota passed away on July 4, 2017 at the age of 94 years.  She was born in Scandia, Minnesota on August 17, 1922.  

Pearl is preceded in death by her husbands Oran Carlson and Howard Hartzi.  She is survived by her children Kenneth (Judy) Carlson, Ralph (Eileen) Carlson, Gordon (Nancy) Carlson, and Lori (Edward) Jovellana; 13 grandchildren Dawn Marie Carlson, Ken Carlson Jr., Curtis (Theresa) Carlson, Paul Carlson, Susan (Chad) Benjamin, Daniel Carlson, Bridget (Peter) Lentz, Brenda Carlson, Christina (Joe) Fasbender, Justin (Ellen) Carlson, Cortney (Kelly) Carlson, Brandon (Kimberly) Carlson, and Jenna Jovellana; 16 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Pearl worked at The Margaret Parmly Residence for 30 years, loved dancing to old time music, and loved spending time with her family.

Funeral Service were Tuesday, July 11, 1017 at Zion Lutheran Church in Chisago City.  Visitation one hour prior to the service at church.
