A Celebration of Life will be held for Gail (Hansen) Tromburg, 54, who passed unexpectedly January 31, 2017.  Gail is preceded in death by her husband Jay Tromburg and her parents, Horace and Ruth Hansen.

Gail was a free spirit and had a joy of life. Gail lit up any room; she is remembered by her love of people and her infectious laugh. Gail was raised in North Oaks, MN. Gail spent her adult life with her husband, Jay Tromburg, in the Chisago area where she was an active member of Tribute to the Troops. A few years after Jay’s passing, Gail began a new venture in Colorado. There she volunteered her time with two hospices; Rock Community Church and Lutheran Medical Center. All who knew Gail were inspired by her zest for life.  

Gail is survived by her son Troy Tromburg; brother John Hansen; sister Jean Hansen Doth (Steve); niece and nephew and their families.  Gail also leaves behind her in-laws and many, many friends.

A Celebration of Gail’s Life will be Friday, August 4, 2017 with visitation at 10 AM and Celebration of Life beginning 11 AM followed by a light lunch at Zion Lutheran Church, 28005 Old Towne Rd., Chisago City, MN 55013.  Memorials are preferred.  Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, MN.  Condolences may be expressed online at www.grandstrand fh.com.
