Hazel E. Erlandson, age 98, formerly of Chisago City, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 20, 2017.

Proceeded in death by beloved husband Walter; son Marvin; parents Fabian and Ida Peterson; brothers Harold and Everett and son-in-law Roger Zollner.
Loving mother of Michael (Laurel), Blaine and Marlene Zollner, Shafer.

Also survived by sister Phyllis Berg, Osceola, WI; daughter-in-law Sonja, Turtle Lake, WI; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; many nieces; nephews, loving relatives, care givers and dear friends.

Lifelong caregiver who brought joy to many people.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was loved so much and will be greatly missed.  Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those that knew her.

The family would like to express their appreciation of the nurses and doctors at Fairview Wyoming and University of Minnesota hospitals for their excellent and compassionate care.

Funeral Service to be held Saturday, April 1, 11 am. Visitation one hour prior to church service at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 28005 Old Towne Rd, Chisago City.

Memorials to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Foundation in lieu of flowers.
