Donna started working in her family’s business as a young girl in Marshall, Minnesota; then moved to North Branch, Minnesota, continuing to work in the family business, Stepp Manufacturing. Donna met her husband, Gene, at the age of 17, and recently celebrated 55 years of marriage together with their two children, two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Donna’s family and friends brought her the most joy. She will be missed by so many!
Donna is survived by her husband Gene Pierce; son Kelly Pierce; daughter Kim Theis; grandchildren Brittney Rudnick (Kelvin), Briana Peterson (Jonathan); great grandchildren Harper, Declan, Lincoln and Addley; brothers Shane Stepp(Gabi), Shannon Stepp (Linda); sister Shaun Freeburg; sisters-in-law Judy Fagan, Lois Reiland, Elaine Pierce, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by, parents Sylvan Stepp and Rosella Stepp; father-in-law Earl Pierce; mother-in-law Orcelia Pierce; brothers-in-law Donald Pierce, Dale Pierce, Earl Pierce, William “Travis” Fagan, Alfred Ledin and Richard Reiland; sisters-in-law Nina Pierce and Helen Pierce; and son-in-law David Theis.
Funeral services were Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Access Church in North Branch. Visitation was Friday, November 10.
