Patricia was born October 14, 1946, in Mora, MN to Alvin and Bernice (Ziegler) Kleven. She was a 1964 graduate of Mora High School. Patricia was united in marriage to David Stoltz on September 21, 1974. They lived in Coon Rapids, Andover, Lindstrom, and North Branch. She was employed with Northwestern Bell, which later became Century Link, from 1964 until her retirement in 1999.
