She was born in Taylors Falls, MN in 1925, the daughter of Jim and Eunice (Olson) Hobbs. Married to Donald Mueller for 75 years, Bonnie was completely devoted to him and their family, the focus of her life.
Bonnie was a proud homemaker, a supportive wife, and a loving mother. She gave her family the gift of many fond memories. She enjoyed large family gatherings, preparing plenty of delicious dishes, her culinary skill unrivaled. Bonnie was a lover of books, football, and music. An accomplished pianist, she saved her best renditions for her family as they gathered around her at the piano to sing, especially at Christmas time.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles “Buddy” Hobbs.
Bonnie is survived by her loving family: husband Donald; daughters Jean Mueller of St. Croix Falls, WI, Julie (James) Palmer of LaPorte, MN, Jacqueline (Gale) Kuykendall of Cohasset, MN, Jan (Larry) Sharbonda of Goodyear AZ; sons Jon (Mary) Mueller of Richfield, MN and Jeffrey Mueller of St. Louis Park, MN; 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
A private family service was held honoring Bonnie’s life. Interment will be at Kahbakong Cemetery in Taylors Falls, MN. Celebration of Alice Mae’s life will be held in June, 2019
