Sheriff patrol deputies handled numerous miscellaneous theft reports over the week, incidents were at a gas/convenience station, Dollar Store in Rush City, and a grocer.

November 25 theft of a vehicle from address on Colby in Taylors Falls reported.

Burglary at a residence on Harder Avenue, rural North Branch.  Burglary also reported at Oasis Road address rural Center City.

November 24 sheriff deputies and Lakes Area officers responded to a call of a disoriented man armed at a residence on Lofton Avenue in Chisago City, about 2:45 p.m.  A permieter was established and the man was disarmed an detained.

A suspect who was reported to be quite drunk at Kwik Trip, fled officers when a complaint was made about 11:45 p.m. The suspect was eventually caught, but there were minor injuries of both officer and suspect. The 37 year old man is facing disorderly conduct charges, fleeing and resisting arrest along with violating probation.

Novmber 23 there was a house fire about  midnight, at an address on Palmer’s Court, Lindstrom. No details available.

November 21 a video was recorded of a theft from a residence in Lindstrom. Officer was able to identify the thief and cite the offender.
