Marlene Elsie Elshaug, age 81, of Lindstrom, died Thursday, April 4, 2019, at her residence.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, Ellsworth and Emily; brother, Kenny (Adele) Rehbein; and brother-in-law Arnie Nutter.

She is survived by her three children, Tami Rehbein, Brian Elshaug and Bradley (Becky) Elshaug; five step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Nutter and  Dorothy (Jerry) Mategko; brother, Francis (Evelyn) Wollan; also nieces and nephews.

Marlene was born December 23, 1937, in Centerville.  She was the daughter of Ellsworth and Emily (Wollan) Rehbein.  Marlene was a graduate of Forest Lake high School.  

She owned restaurants in Centerville, Circle Pines, and Pine River.  Marlene was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lindstrom.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and crafts.

Funeral Service was Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at First United Methodist Church in Lindstrom.  
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  Grandstrand Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
