Jasmine was born on August 1, 1992 in Saint Paul, MN. She grew up and attended school in the Chisago Lakes Area and eventually graduated from Trio Wolf Creek school in 2012.
In 2014, Jasmine snagged the man of her dreams, Brandon Perkins, with minimal threats or acts of violence (to the best of everyone’s knowledge at least). Jasmine moved to Denver, Colorado in 2015 and the two were engaged in September of that year. In 2017, they both took up residence in Phoenix, Arizona. Jasmine loved to play online video games and while doing so would swear like a sailor. She was a very strong-willed woman, which explains how she was able to tolerate Brandon. One of her frequent statements of love towards Brandon was "why are you like this?"
Jasmine always dreamed of having a wedding, but due to unfair circumstances, she and Brandon were never able to marry (for those who will be attending her memorial services, the casket viewing will make more sense if you remember this bit of information). Also, don't blame the family for her appearance. Jasmine was very specific about her viewing. As she put it, "I want to be dramatic."
Jasmine is survived by her mother Pam Jordan, father Edward Jordan, younger brother Edward Jordan, step-mom, Denise Jordan, would-be-husband Brandon Perkins, her beloved cat Olive and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, Minnesota with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Condolences may be left online at www.grand strandfh.com.
“Life is so fragile, so delicate, and yet so strong. Cherish it.” - Jasmine Jordan
