Sex offender community notice meeting at Lent Town Hall
The meeting is at Lent Township Hall, 33155 Hemingway, Tuesday, February 26, at 6:30 p.m.
Representatives with the county attorney’s office, Jacob Wetterling Resource Center, county probation services, Family Pathways and Dept. of Corrections will be part of the notification meeting.
The notification is for Frank Felipe Aguilera, who intends to reside in the vicinity of Frontier Avenue and 320th, in Lent Township.
He has had sexual contact with adolescent females, including touching and penetration. Aguilera, 62, has served his criminal sentence and was actually released in 2010. He is relocating here.
The informational meeting is meant to enhance public safety and keep the public informed and the residency information is being provided under state law. In cases of a risk level three offender the law enforcement community has the authority to notify any members of the public who are likely to encounter the subject.
