Kent Allison, age 76 of Chisago City, Minnesota passed away peacefully on December 27, 2018 surrounded by family.  Kent was born on August 14, 1942 in Lindstrom, Minnesota to parents Harold and Gwendolyn (Stenberg) Allison.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army.  Through his years, he found an interest in woodworking and was a talented artist, owning his own business, Kent’s Custom Crafts.  

In 1966, he was united in marriage to Paulette Allison and they were blessed with three daughters, Dawn, Anita and Sherri.  

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sherri Allison; brother Roger Allison.  Kent is survived by daughters Dawn (John) Donovan and Anita (Dirk) Strueber; grandchildren Shane White, Corey Kearns, Vance White; great-grandson Aaron Rupert; former wife Paulette; sisters Patti (Denny) Peterson, Joann (Jerry) Flanagan; half-brother Chester Allison, half-sister Dorothy Dennis; several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

 Graveside services are 1 p.m. on January 14, 2019 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
